Digital Marketing Specialist

Style Advertising is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of search engine marketing experience managing Google Adwords and similar pay per click campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist must be fluent in all aspects of digital marketing and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Digital Marketing Specialist oversees all paid search campaigns for the agency’s clients, including Google Search and Display advertising, and they will also be responsible for creating proposals for prospective clients. The candidate must have experience reporting on search engine marketing campaigns, effectively explaining the results to clients and making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.


  • Report to STYLE’s Director of Digital Content & Strategy
  • Develop and present strategic marketing proposals and plans that are consistent with client goals.
  • Measure and report performance data to maximize CPC, CPA, CTR, Search IS and other KPI’s.
  • Implement Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for campaign tracking.
  • Generate keyword lists, write effective ad copy, implement ad extensions and any other campaign assets.
  • Research relevant keywords for inclusion and exclusion.
  • Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of SEM best practices
  • Monitor search trends, best practices, and new opportunities to ensure agency’s growth.
  • Assist with copywriting for other digital elements such as landing pages, social media ad copy, etc., as needed.
  • Candidates with Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification and knowledge of web analytics preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Social Media Marketing preferred.
