Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of social media accounts, local listings, related campaign insights and additional paid search analytics for Style Advertising’s clients. This position will provide continuous enhancements and brand awareness for multiple clients under Style Advertising.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, expert user of social media, understands leveraging analytics to drive audience engagement and an exceptional level of attention to detail. This key role requires an affinity for data-driven decision making, ensuring deliverables and recommendations are based on thoughtful, informed analysis.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead creation, execution and optimization of social media campaigns, including paid, earned and owned media, to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Respond to messages, engage with comments (including outside normal business hours), and ideate engaging, relevant content for multiple clients.
  • Manage social media content calendar optimized for each channel, including budgets, pacing and forecasting of social campaigns.
  • Deliver campaign and channel analysis (social and other digital), providing actionable insights with future impact top of mind.
  • Develop and frequently analyze audience-focused media strategies to determine optimal approach for reaching and engaging target audiences.
  • Manage local listings using SEM Rush, ensuring listings are created and maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with social media team to ensure proper scheduling and execution of organic social media.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure all content is quality assured, cost-effective and consistent with their brand standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic, integrated plans that support the clients’ business objectives and branding efforts.
  • Maintain firm understanding of social media trends, up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry news and best practices and identify opportunities for applying new technology, products and/or services.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing and other digital marketing channels.
  • Strong interest and deep understanding of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Stories, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proven experience developing and executing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with analytics and content management tools, such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Drive, HeyOrca, Basecamp and SEM Rush.
  • Passionate for developing creative, engaging, authentic content, while reflecting brand voice standards of the client.
  • Experience utilizing, segmenting and testing audiences within paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with attribution, tracking (UTM structure, etc.) and pixel implementation.
  • Strong copywriting and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High analytical and communication skills, being comfortable articulating results and data-driven rationale.
  • Proactive, sharp attention to detail, resourceful and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of various digital marketing channels (social, local, SEM, SEO, etc.) and how each plays to the success of digital marketing as part of an integrated mix.
